Join us for the Kappa Chapter Fall EOT on the weekend of October 06, 2018. The day will include breakfast, the Annual Alumni Meeting, a refreshment hour, and a Brotherhood dinner at Mad Anthony's in Angola. Here are the event details as planned by the Active EOT Chairman, Garret Reed.

EVENTS:

• 08:30 AM: Breakfast in Fawick Hall Room 112 prior to the meeting. Breakfast will consist of coffee and doughnuts.
• 09:00 AM: Kappa Alumni Annual Meeting in Fawick Hall Room 112 on Trine Campus. Be sure to pay your Alumni dues and submit a proxy if you will not be in attendance (see "Action Required" below).
• 12:00 PM: Socializing at the Castle.
• 05:00 PM: Refreshments at Mad Anthony's before the Brotherhood dinner.
• 06:00 PM: Brotherhood dinner at Mad Anthony's Lakeview Ale House in Angola. Dinner will consist of beef brisket and turkey breast.

• $60 - Alumni (single)
• $80 - Alumni (with date)

DIRECTIONS TO FAWICK 112:

• Parking will be available at the Castle (401 College St.).
• Ascend the stairs across from the Castle leading to campus on Thunder Drive.
• Follow the sidewalk leading to the left.
• Fawick has 3 entrances on the east side of the building as you approach. Enter the south east door.
• As you enter the double set of doors, the Reiners Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is approximately 20 feet in front.
• The hallway then bends to the right, however, Fawick 112 is to the left.

ACTION REQUIRED:

• Pay $50 Alumni dues in order to be considered a member of Kappa Alumni of Sigma Phi Delta, Inc. and also be part of the meeting voting quorum.
• Submit a proxy if you will not be in attendance at the meeting. This will ensure that your voice is still heard in your absence.
